Deep umami, almost broth-like. You need to be precise: 60°C maximum, small amount of water. Then it becomes something completely different from any other tea. Intimidating for beginners but deeply rewarding.
Shu Puer Baodin Zhichu

Baodin Zhichu is my morning go-to when I don't want to reach for the expensive stuff. Smooth, warming, chocolaty — does exactly what a good shu should. No fishiness, clean storage. The 50g format is perfect for sampling.
